These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and RS6999 ("RS6999", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the RS6999 website located at https://rs6999.cam, including all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces and applications (collectively, "the Service").

RS6999 is an online casino and sports betting platform. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users and any other person who accesses the Service. If you do not agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, you must cease use of the Service immediately and must not register an account.

7. You are depositing and wagering exclusively with funds that belong to you and that are not proceeds of unlawful activity.

Each individual is permitted to hold one account only on the RS6999 platform. Opening or operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

RS6999 provides access to various payment methods for deposits and withdrawals. References to Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah or any other payment provider are for contextual familiarity only. In the event of any conflict between those game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to the outcome of a specific game round or bet.

• Cricket betting markets — including PSL, ICC T20 tournaments, bilateral series and domestic competitions — are subject to the event-specific settlement rules displayed at the time of bet placement. RS6999 reserves the right to void bets in the event of abandonment, rule-book re-grading or manifest error.
• All RTP (Return to Player) percentages displayed for slot titles are theoretical averages determined by the game provider over a statistically significant number of rounds. Individual session results may differ materially from the stated RTP.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the RS6999 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, closure, forfeiture of balance and reporting to appropriate authorities:

• Creating, operating or accessing more than one account on the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading or third-party identity information during registration or KYC.
• Depositing funds that are proceeds of criminal activity, including money laundering.
• Using automated scripts, bots, software exploits or any technical means to gain an unfair advantage in gameplay or betting.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share information in real-time during live games, or execute coordinated betting strategies that exploit promotional terms.
• Accessing the Platform from a Restricted Territory using a VPN, proxy or other circumvention technology.
• Engaging in harassment, abuse or threatening behaviour directed at RS6999 staff or other platform users.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile or otherwise interfere with the Platform's software or infrastructure.
• Facilitating access to the Platform by any person under the minimum required age.

RS6999 is committed to responsible gambling practices. The Platform provides the following self-management tools, accessible from account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly caps on deposits. Increases to existing limits require a mandatory cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose over a defined period.

• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are actioned promptly and cannot be reversed during the elected exclusion period.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend account access for a defined period without permanent closure.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service solely for personal, non-commercial gaming and betting purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not extend to: reproducing, distributing, publicly displaying, modifying or creating derivative works from any RS6999 content; scraping or automated collection of data; or using the RS6999 brand name or marks in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without express written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, RS6999, its directors, officers, employees, agents and service providers shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, consequential, incidental, special or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
• Loss of funds arising from your failure to comply with account security obligations, including failure to keep login credentials confidential.
• Interruptions to the Service caused by circumstances beyond RS6999's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet infrastructure failures, force majeure events, regulatory interventions or third-party payment processor outages.
• Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on any information published on the RS6999 platform regarding the legal status of gambling in any jurisdiction.
• Actions taken by your bank, mobile wallet provider or any other payment intermediary in respect of transactions associated with your RS6999 account.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.

RS6999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any applicable game or promotion-specific rules.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following request.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, identity theft or any other criminal activity.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment reversal from a Player's bank or payment provider.
• Court order, regulatory direction or instruction from a competent authority.
• Identification of the account as belonging to a minor.

Upon closure, RS6999 will provide a statement of the account balance. Real-money funds (excluding any bonus funds subject to unmet wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player following satisfactory identity verification, subject to any outstanding legal holds or regulatory obligations.

RS6999 reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Amendments will be effective from the date of publication on this page, as reflected in the updated "Last Updated" date. Where a material amendment is made that significantly affects Player rights or obligations, RS6999 will endeavour to provide advance notice via email or a prominent platform notification, though this does not constitute a legal obligation to do so in all circumstances.

Players who do not agree with amended Terms should cease using the Service and may request account closure by contacting RS6999 support. Continued use of the Service after the publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of those amendments.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which RS6999 holds its operating licence, as updated from time to time. RS6999 does not represent that these Terms or the Service comply with the laws of Pakistan or any other specific jurisdiction.

In the event of a dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service, you should first contact RS6999 customer support to attempt an informal resolution. RS6999 will use reasonable efforts to respond to complaints within a reasonable timeframe. If informal resolution is not achieved, disputes may be referred to the applicable dispute resolution mechanism under RS6999's operating licence jurisdiction, details of which will be provided upon request.
